Contraband and Violation of the State Border
Our practice includes also cases connected with criminal violations, mostly in the form of contraband or illegal crossing of the state sea border of Russia (vessel's escape from arrest or detention).
Such
cases are governed by the Russian Federation Criminal Code, the RF Customs Code,
the RF Civil Code of Procedure and require representing client's interests in
relations with the Russian Federation Cost Guard and State Security authorities,
in the Prosecutor's Office and at courts of common law.
The
