Loading newsprint paper in reels/cellulose at Novorossiysk
In
the process of delivery of the paper in reels from the producer to the vessel,
which includes delivery of the paper in reels by railway, its storage and
loading on board a vessel, the cargo suffers damage, particularly, damage
to edges, dirtying of the reels and
puncturing through a considerable number of windings. The port is used to
conceal the damage sealing the punctures on the surface of emballage with paper or scotch.
